01 / Support and repair

What I fix remotely

I connect to your computer, you watch everything on your own screen, and it is usually solved in the same session.

SP-01

Performance

Slow machine, endless startup, programs that freeze. Startup, services and disk cleanup.

SP-02

Viruses and malware

Pop-up ads, hijacked browser, fake infection warnings. Detection and removal.

SP-03

Windows

Blue screens, boot failures, stuck updates, system errors.

SP-04

Printers

Not detected, prints blank pages, keeps disconnecting. Drivers and network setup.

SP-05

Email and accounts

Cannot sign in, will not sync, lost passwords, Outlook and Gmail setup.

SP-06

Network and Wi-Fi

Dropping connection, DNS issues, misconfigured router, dead zones.

SP-07

Software install

Office, antivirus, video calls, work applications. Installed and explained.

SP-08

Data backup

Photos and documents organized and copied to the cloud or an external drive.

SP-09

One-on-one help

I teach you what you need to know, without rushing you and without making you feel bad for not knowing.

02 / Software development

I also build software

If what you need is not a repair but something built from scratch, this is what I do.

DEV-01

Android apps (APK)

Native apps for phone, tablet, TV Box and Fire Stick. From the idea to a signed APK ready to install or publish.

DEV-02

Linux servers

VPS setup and configuration. Ubuntu and Debian, Nginx, Apache, SSL certificates, automated backups.

DEV-03

Automation and scripting

Repetitive tasks turned into Bash or Python scripts. Scheduled jobs, monitoring and alerts.

DEV-04

Web panels and systems

Custom admin panels in PHP and MySQL. Login, roles, reports and whatever your operation needs.

DEV-05

APIs and integrations

Connecting systems that do not talk to each other. Data extraction, syncing and custom APIs.

DEV-06

Project rescue

Legacy code nobody understands, badly configured servers, half-finished systems. I review them and get them running.

03 / Systems and network security

I protect your company network

A small business loses far more to ransomware or a compromised account than to any hardware failure. I review, fix, and leave monitoring in place.

A person working at night on a laptop, with an encrypted connection to their company data center.
SEC-01

Security audit

Review of workstations, servers and network. A plain-language report of the risks found, ranked by severity, with a prioritized fix plan.

SEC-02

Server hardening

Closing unnecessary ports, key-only SSH access, intrusion attempt blocking, correct permissions and up-to-date patching.

SEC-03

Firewall and segmentation

Firewall rules, a separate guest network, and isolation for cameras and printers so one compromised device cannot reach the rest.

SEC-04

Secure remote access

Your own VPN with WireGuard or OpenVPN so your staff can reach internal systems without exposing them to the internet. With two-factor.

SEC-05

Backup and recovery

Automated, encrypted, off-site copies. And the part most people skip: restore testing, because a backup that was never tested is not a backup.

SEC-06

Monitoring and alerts

Watching services, disks and login attempts. You hear from me when something looks wrong, before it becomes an outage.

SEC-07

Email and anti-phishing

SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up so nobody can send mail pretending to be your company, plus filtering on what comes in.

SEC-08

Staff training

The most common way in is not a server, it is a person. A practical session so your team can spot a scam and know what to do.

All security work is performed only on systems the client owns or has written authorization to test. The scope of the review is agreed and signed before any work begins.

04 / Cameras and home security

Cameras and networking for your home or shop

This is the part I do in person. I install cameras, tidy up the network, and show you how to watch everything from your phone, wherever you are.

On-site installation Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson (South Carolina)
Remote configuration United States and Latin America
CAM-01

Camera installation

Mounting, cabling and angle setup. Wired or Wi-Fi cameras, indoor and outdoor, for a house or a business.

CAM-02

Recorder and storage

NVR or DVR setup, working out how many days of footage you actually need, and configuring it so nothing important gets overwritten.

CAM-03

Viewing from your phone

Remote access set up and tested with you. No monthly subscription unless your equipment genuinely requires one.

CAM-04

Cameras you already own

Bought them already, or another installer left the job half done? I configure them, connect them and show you how they work.

CAM-05

Home network

Router configured properly, even coverage across the whole house with mesh Wi-Fi, and an end to dead zones.

CAM-06

Guest network

A separate network for visitors, cameras and smart TVs, so nothing on it can reach your computers and your files.

CAM-07

Parental controls

Per-device filtering, internet schedules for the kids and content blocking, explained so you can manage it yourself.

CAM-08

Passwords and updates

I change the factory passwords on your router and cameras, which is how most break-ins happen, and get updates current.

05 / Process

How this works

Four steps, in this order.

  1. 01

You tell me what is happening

On WhatsApp or through the form. No technical terms needed: describe it in your own words.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis and a fixed price

Before I touch anything I tell you what is wrong, what it costs and how long it takes. If it cannot be fixed remotely, I say so up front.

  3. 03

    I connect with your permission

I walk you through opening the remote access program. You approve the connection, you see everything I do, and you can end it whenever you want.

  4. 04

    Fixed and explained

I tell you what it was, what I did, and how to keep it from coming back. For support, you pay once the problem is solved.

06 / Peace of mind

What I will never ask you for

Fraud disguised as tech support is real and it is growing. So here in writing is what I will never do. If someone asks you for any of these, it is not me.

  • 01 Call you first to say your computer has a virus. If someone calls you like that, hang up.
  • 02 Ask for your bank password or your Social Security number.
  • 03 Charge you with gift cards, cryptocurrency or wire transfers.
  • 04 Enter your computer without you approving the connection from your side.
  • 05 Ask you to copy and paste commands you do not understand.
  • 06 Rush you. If something feels off, you stop the session. That is it.

Throughout the session you see my cursor moving on your screen. Close the program and the connection ends immediately.

07 / Scope

What is remote and what is on site

So you know what to expect from the start. Computer repairs are remote only; cameras and home networking I do in person within my service area.

  • The computer will not turn on
  • Cracked or damaged screen
  • Dead keyboard keys
  • Liquid or impact damage
  • Physically failing hard drive
  • Replacing or adding parts
  • Internal cleaning and thermal paste
  • Battery that no longer charges

Physical computer faults need a workbench with the machine in hand, and that is not something I offer. Message me anyway: I will tell you what to ask for and what it should cost.
